a space where creativity & community blend together
THE ART CAFE
A walk-in creative experience in the heart of Tampa Heights
Just like a restaurant, but with art on the menu!
At Birdette's, we believe creativity is for all and that we are all creative the moment we create. Our space is designed around that belief and was built in 2025 (with heaps of passion, love, & paint) around the simple idea that making something with our hands & trying a new form of art should be accessible, affordable, and communal for all.
In a world that desperately needs more beauty & kindness, let's create some together!
So swing by today (there's tons of parking) and try something new.
We can't wait to meet you and see what you create!
Art Cafe Hours:
Thursday-Friday: 4pm-10pm (or later)
Saturday: 2pm-10pm (or later)
Sunday : 12pm-6pm
We are closed to the public Mon-Wed for private workshops, private events, & ticketed crafty Social nights!
We operate on a walk-in basis, always, but we can & do take reservations for parties of 6 or larger to ensure your group can all sit together! If you would like to inquire into a large group reservation, please email us directly at birdettestampa@gmail.com! For reservations larger than 10 persons, we have private space use options available, just shoot us an email as well!
Thank you, & we hope to see you soon!
THE MENU
Think of it like ordering food at a restaurant, except with our menu, art experiences replace culinary dishes!
So how does it work?
When you first enter Birdette's, you'll find tables & bar seating and be faced with the toughest choice of the day- which cozy seat to settle into!
Once you find a seat that feels just right, we'll give you a minute to peruse the menu before coming by to answer any questions & take your order!
We then prep your tray with everything needed for your menu selection, deliver it to you and explain your 'dish'.
From here, the world is your oyster, friend!
Settle in, unwind, & enjoy the creative flow with Art Dice on every table to roll for inspiration and good music in the background to help find that 'flow state'.
All offerings are self-guided; though your Craftender is well versed & can get you started and offer advice and support along your crafting journey! Should you need anything at all, give them a shout and they'll be happy to assist you!
We look forward to meeting you soon and we can't wait to see what you create!
